Application Process

Market applicants submit the application directly to the Co-op office and those requiring subsidy must go through the County of Wellington CWL. For all applicants a landlord check, credit and income verification is completed. There is a orientation/interview with the member selection committee and then the Board of Directors makes the final approval.

Members pay the hydro, gas and water tank rental, each unit comes with one parking spot (no charge). The Co-op pays the water bill.

We are currently not accepting market unit applications.
